  • Swing welding:

    Providing triangular, sinusoidal, circular, and figure-eight swing patterns, allowing adjustment of swing frequency, swing amplitude, left-right dwell time, and other parameters to meet welding seam dimensions and forming requirements.

  • Torch position Change

    The rational operating angles and forward/backward angles can be attached to the teaching point to simplify the demonstration and ensure good weld quality and accuracy of the welding attitude.

  • Multi-layer, multi-pass welding

    For middle thickness plate, as the relevant points of first weld seam have been taught by manual guidance, the remaining points will be calculated according to the offset parameters, which greatly shortens the programming time, and the parameters can be saved and recalled for next operation.

  • Stitch welding

    Suitable for single-pass fillet welding and stitch weld seams. This process only requires the relevant points of weld seam through manual guidance, and the welding parameters will choose appropriate weld length, gap length and welding sequence, which simplifies programming logic significantly.

  • Find location

    Welding wire positioning and laser positioning ensure the accuracy of the robot under repeated operations.

  • Weld tracking

    Arc tracking and laser tracking ensure that the weld does not deviate and the quality is stable

  • Welding database

    Monitor and record key parameters, establish a core database, and expert-level parameters can be called at any time

  • Welding fine-tuning

    During welding, the process parameters such as current, voltage, speed, swing, and the relative position of the welding gun can be adjusted.

  • Welding restart function

    When a program is paused due to external interference, it can be restarted from the pause point without repeating the previous path.

  • Scrape Arc

    When the arc does not start normally, you can start the arc by scratching it near the arc starting position along the teaching path. After the arc starts successfully, you can move to the arc starting point to officially run the program.
